Arieh Wager at The Park Lane Hotel has a variety of event spaces suitable for a fundraising dinners. We can also highly recommend a number of production companies, florists and photographers who will help to enhance and create an ideal atmosphere for your event. To ensure a smooth running on the day, our team will be in constant communication with you, giving your function a seamless flow.

Our package for Charity Events typically includes the following:
Your guests will arrive through our private Ballroom entrance on Piccadilly into the Silver Gallery. A red carpet will be laid out and cloakroom facilities available throughout the night.
The reception takes place on the Ballroom Balcony.
Your selections of hot and cold canapés are served as well as crisps nuts and olives, dips and crudités.
Sparkling wine, cocktails, Bucks Fizz and/or Kir Royale will be served from trays, as well as a selection of soft drinks and mineral water.
Call to Dinner
Following the reception, the doors to the ballroom will be opened.
On each side of the ballroom entrance hand wash stations for Netilath Jadaim will be available. Rolls will be set out on the table, as well as a large Challah for Hamotzi.
Your chosen three-course menu, from our wide selection of dishes, will be selected subject to a menu tasting. In addition to this, we will serve a selection of bread rolls, tea, coffee, petit fours and a fruit platter.
Please note, our in-house kosher kitchen is under strict supervision of the Federation of Synagogues (KF).
Reception drinks, table wines and waters are included throughout the evening.
Other beverages are available throughout the event and served as requested.
White table cloths and white linen napkins are included.
Coloured linen and chair covers are available to hire at an additional cost.
We will provide you with The Park Lane Hotel menu cards which will include your toast list.
For crew members, such as the band, photographer, video crew and toast master we will set up a running buffet so they can eat at times suitable to them. A separate changing room is provided, complete with a mirror and coat rail.
The hotel car park is located conveniently on Brick Street, adjacent to the main entrance. With up to 120 spaces available, we can offer your guests a special rate of £15.00 for the evening.
